Team Steve has been a team since 2003 – we work closely together with all of our Sellers, and are able to provide our Buyers with expertise that's closely aligned to their needs. As a team our sales consistently put us in the top 1%-3% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.
Our focus is on the mid-to-high range of homes in the area; the average sale price of our transactions ranges in the $600K-$800K range. But we love the variety of real estate that's prevalent in the Sacramento area; we've sold condos for under $200,000 and estate homes valued at over $2M. Regardless of the sales price of a given home, we pride ourselves on providing the same level of service and expertise for each of our clients. Steve Dailey and Steve Siegel have been awarded Coldwell Banker's prestigious “International President's Circle” Award along with their “Diamond Society” award and have also been named to the local Placer County Association of Realtor's distinguished “Master's Club”. Steve Dailey
" I grew up on the East Coast, outside of Boston, MA. After my college days studying Electrical Engineering at Brown University in Providence, RI, I began my professional career in the technology industry. The "Silicon Valley Bug" brought me to California in 1992 where I spent many years chasing the high-tech dream.
In 2001 I decided to leave the Bay Area and the “dot-com craze”. Real Estate seemed like a wonderful career – enabling me to make a living helping “real people” while at the same time taking an active role in watching my two boys Alex and Lucas grow up. I picked Placer County because of the countless things it has to offer; it's a thriving but less hectic place than the Bay Area. I've also been thrilled with the education my sons are getting in the Eureka District schools!”
In his spare time , Steve plays competitive baseball (not softball!) in Sacramento's Men's Senior Baseball League , and also enjoys golf, jogging, mountain biking, and home theaters (he's even helped clients setup their new High-Definition Surround Sound Systems; how's that for a housewarming gift!).

Steve Siegel
"I grew up in Whittier, California, approximately 15 miles southeast of Los Angeles. As a young man, I enjoyed all that the Pacific Coast has to offer – scuba diving, year-round golf, sun, beaches, and diversity. After serving in the Navy Special Forces, I completed my education at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA with a degree in Business Management. I returned to California shortly after graduation.
Loomis is my home, where I live with my wife, Claudia. We both agree that, of all the places we've lived, Placer County offers the very best in every way. And it's just so friendly! We also like the proximity to Tahoe, Amador Valley and El Dorado wineries, and Sacramento for cultural events. We support local arts, theatre and music. ”
In his spare time, Steve enjoys cooking, golf, tennis, and collecting wines.
